Initially making pipes under the name J&J Pipes with his good friend and a talented pipe maker in his own right, John Klose, Jared Coles perfected his craft for eight years before going off to make artisanal pipes under his own name. Crafted from well-cured, vetted, and sourced Mediterranean briar, each and every one of his pipes is imbued with Jared's unique aesthetic. All of his stems are made using ebonite from trusted sources — with occasional alternative mediums should the situation call for it, and each accent material is chosen to lend the most unified and complete aesthetic possible. Stamped with Jared's logo, initials, and the year of production, Jared's pipes are also stamped with the corresponding production number for that pipe.
