The Peter Heding diamond grade is coveted by collectors for its excellence of grain, as well as the Danish carver's detailed eye for shaping. Like many of Heding's diamond grades, this pipe features a long shank that subtly tapers as it approaches the bowl. Despite the extra length imparted by the shank, the pipe still has enough visual heft to reflect the carver's muscular aesthetic. The pipe is well balanced, with an easy and natural visual flow. In the grain department, it's exactly what you'd expect from a Heding Diamond grade: lush and ideally oriented.
