Combining a sense of tightly-wound momentum, streamlined curves and muscular shaping, this forward canted Billiard from Chicago-native come Nashville-based Sam Adebayo is as perfect an example of his American Industrial Design aesthetic as one is likely to see. Forgoing his usually colourful palette for a more reserved contrast stain and jet black stem — Sam has instead emphasised this briar's English cross-cut grain, with tight whirls of birdseye on either cheek, and tiger striped straight grain running down the fore of the bowl, through the heel and right along the underside of the shank.
