Ser Jacopo: 'La Pipaccia' Albus et Niger Sandblasted Urn with Silver (S1) (C) (08) (9mm)

Product Number: 002-271-0106

The late Giancarlo Guidi, founder of Ser Jacopo, lived in the Adriatic port of Pesaro, Italy, and had a long-standing fascination with the pipes that he saw smoked by sailors and fishermen from far away lands. A common feature among those pieces is the suggestion that they may have been pipes of composite construction. In 1996, he began the La Pipaccia series as a type of homage to those novel pipes.
