Tom Eltang is not stranger to bamboo. We see it used across a variety of his signature shapes — from his iconic, minimalist pokers to his softer, more supple Eggs and Billiards. That said, it's not a medium he typically pairs to the classic Dublin — a shape which itself is a rather rare find from the expert Danish artisan. Suffice to say, it works beautifully here, with the pale, creamy tones of the bamboo operating in perfect contrast to the dark, subtly warm shade of the contrast finish — casting even more visual weight on the bowl's elegantly handled taper and simply gorgeous flame grain.
