A Quick Note for Our U.S. Customers in Regards to An Post
Because of recent U.S. import rules and tariffs, there are a few things you should know before ordering:- No P.O. Boxes: We're currently unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please use a residential or business address instead - it'll help your order get to you without delays.
- Watch for an Email from An Post: Once your package is on its way, you'll get an email from An Post (Ireland's postal service) about any customs or import fees. Just follow the payment link in that email within the given time to avoid delays or return of your package.
- Check Your Inbox (and Spam Folder!): Sometimes these emails sneak into spam or junk folders, so give those a peek too if you don't see it right away.
- About Customs Fees & Refunds: If you choose not to pay the import fees, your order will be returned to us. Please note that in these cases, the original shipping fee can't be refunded, as the shipment costs are already incurred once your order leaves our warehouse.
