To achieve the iconic hue and saturation, a skilled craftsman painstakingly layers particular stains in a precise manner, then meticulously polishes the pipe to a high luster. The final result is, simply put, timeless.
Elegant and reserved, the Bruyere achieves a richness and depth of colour for which many pipemakers have striven, but few have attained. Any smoker having the pleasure of holding a Bruyere knows why it has been celebrated for over a century.
