Rattray's Bamboo series pairs traditional briar stummels and jet-black acrylic stems — all with lengths of either pale or black bamboo serving in place of shanks. Even better, every piece of bamboo is slightly different, with one knuckle, two knuckle, long and short pieces used; meaning that even with only two shapes — a straight and a bent Billiard — no two pipes in the series are ever the same.
