Out of Savinelli's straight Dublin renditions, the "409" and "401" share the most in common, both being a touch smaller than the "412 KS." While the dimensions of the "409" and "401" are similar in regards to length, height, and chamber depth, the "409" found here displays more traditional proportions — the stoutness of the shank more balanced and consistent in comparison to the bowl's height, while the shank of the "401" is a touch more slender to emphasize the bowl's height. Such a design makes this "409" the most classically English-styled Dublin in the Italian marque's portfolio, perfect for lovers of timeless shape chart standards who appreciate Savinelli's history of luxury and stunning finishes. Savinelli's Elita line is dressed in a dark, smoky stain, each piece in the series is set off by a tigereye-style acrylic accent and a black stem.
