Shying away from the usual stout, squatness of the Apple, Becker goes with something altogether more upright, with a streamlined yet rakish style, defined by a strong leading line along the underside, and a firmer sort of heel, extending the transition to the fore of the bowl. Despite all of this it still maintains a hand filling plumpness, with the feel in hand enhanced by Becker's signature blast applied to the wild grain of the strawberry wood.
